Phi Tattoo Stencil Transfer Cream is designed to transfer stencils with precision. The result will be noticeably sharp, bright and highly visible.

HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount of cream, spread evenly over the prepared area until the skin is damp but not wet. Place the art stencil onto the skin, press firmly into place for 3-5 seconds, then remove the stencil. Once the stencil is removed, wait 8-10 minutes for the transfer to set before starting the tattooing process.
