What are the payment methods?
- Cash on delivery (with an amount less than €1,999)
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- PayPal
- In installments with Pagolight
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €9 with GLS or BRT while with DHL they are €16.
For orders equal to or greater than €200 excluding VAT you will have free standard BRT or GLS shipping (2/5 working days)
For orders equal to or greater than €450 excluding VAT you will have free DHL express shipping (1/3 working days)
These amounts may vary if the destination is in particularly disadvantaged areas, difficult to reach, or outside of Italian territory.
Return and refund?
For exchanges and returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Only intact items and in their original packaging are accepted.
The return must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Refund method?
The refund takes place through a discount voucher equal to the amount of the returned product.
